To place
an order we require a 50% deposit (US dollars) by
business or personal check payable to Albany Woodworks,
Inc. This deposit is nonrefundable; however, we guarantee
the materials sent to you will meet or exceed our
published Grade Descriptions. Your order will be invoiced
upon receipt of your deposit, and at that time we
will estimate when you can expect your order to be
ready for shipment. We will ask you to sign a faxed
or mailed copy of your invoice and send with your
deposit payment to confirm your order. Please provide
your shipping address and a daytime phone number with
your order.The invoiced amount will include cost of
materials, sales tax where applicable, plus packaging
charges of $50.00/pallet to safely ship your order
by motor freight.
Prepayment
of final invoiced amount before shipment will save
you a 6% C.O.D. collection surcharge by the freight
company for collection of monies beyond their freight
fees.We will discuss shipment of your order with you
before it is sent. When your order is received be
sure to take time to inventory what has been received
before installation takes place.
Estimated
cost for freight delivery of your order will be available
to you before shipment and will include a 50% freight
discount. Customer is responsible for all freight
costs, receiving and unloading of purchased materials
upon arrival. We ship with nationally recognized shippers
and your order is fully insured while in transit.
